To enhance circulation and safety, the design incorporates two staircases located on opposite sides of the building. These provide convenient access to the upper floor while also supporting efficient crowd control and emergency evacuation. Along one side of the ground floor are multiple restroom facilities, thoughtfully positioned to serve guests without disrupting the main event. A dedicated changing room offers privacy for performers, brides, or event organizers, while a store room provides secure space for equipment, decorations, and maintenance items. Additional side entrances on both the left and right further improve accessibility and allow for smooth entry and exit during busy events.

The first floor extends the building’s functionality by introducing a second full-scale event hall directly above the ground floor. Designed with a similar layout, this upper hall also features a front-facing stage, making it suitable for hosting independent events or accommodating overflow during large gatherings. A well-defined walkway enhances movement within the space, ensuring easy access to seating areas and the stage without congestion.

Like the ground floor, the first-floor hall offers approximately 204 square meters of internal space, accommodating 180–200 guests in banquet seating or 220–250 guests in theater-style arrangements. When both levels are utilized together, the event center can comfortably host 360–400 guests with tables or up to 450–500 guests in conference-style seating, making it ideal for large-scale events and multi-function use.
