Floor Plan The ground floor plan along along with foundations details are included in a complete set of the building plan for you.

FACADE VIEW This includes the relevant elevation at the front of building and all necessary facade details.

REAR VIEW This includes the relevant elevation at the rear side of building and all necessary back details.

RIGHT SIDE VIEW This includes the relevant elevation at the right side of building and all necessary details along the right direction.

LEFT SIDE VIEW This includes the relevant elevation at the left side of building and all necessary details along the left direction.

SECTIONAL VIEW This includes the cross section of the house plan revealing hidden details.

ROOF VIEW This includes the plan of the roof and all supporting roof dimension details.

SCHEDULE LIST This includes details of windows, doors and openings in the building.

STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS This will be included if the house plan is a storey building or is design in such a way that will require structural details.

ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS This will be included in a complete set of house plan and it shows full electrical working drawings.

MECHANICAL DRAWINGS This will be optional for non Nigerians, but will be included if the client is of Nigerian nationality.

FENCE DESIGN AND LAYOUT DRAWINGS This will be will only be available on request by the buyer, all necessary fence details and elevations will be included.
